Wonderful, 100% veggie soy cheese from Soyatoo! Firm, delicious, and with hot black pepper. Soyatoo!'s veggie cheese enjoys the fresh, clean air of the highlands.
It is perfectly ripened (fermented) and made using not only the pure water of the Volcanic Eifel, but also much bravery and ingenious know how.
Soyabel is packaged in a high quality tub made of native wood (poplar) with solvent-free vegetable adhesive (contains no caseine).
